Tumblr Service Announcement
I like that you all are following me! Here’s the sitch: this domain (andyetanother) is the one that I started Tumblr with, and so it’s my “primary blog” in official terms. At the time of our falling-out, I didn’t know quite why things were disintegrating and why I felt so strongly about not trying to put it all back together. My guess now is that God and my own instinct were combining...

I just had what might have been the most spiritually comforting moment of my life, as I tearfully sang the song “If We Hold On Together” from The Land Before Time as my husband played along on the piano.

my plan for getting out of the rut.
These are some goals.
Ride my bike every day I’m able to do so, even if there’s no destination or purpose aside from the goodness of biking.
Read the Book of Mormon every day.
Go in to the office every day.
Write a personal history, adding to it every day (hey, kinda like a journal).
Find happiness in things that don’t cost money.
Moisturize every day.
Get back to the days...
the rut i'm currently in.
I have a really good job right now, with my own office, but it turns out that I really don’t need to GO to that office to work; I can work just as well at home. For the past several days, I’ve been lazy and stayed home, in pajamas sometimes (like now), getting uncomfortable back pains from just sprawling out on the couch. For hours.
And the main reason this is a problem? Because...

I think I’m an oddity in that:
watching birthing mothers in the all-out, thrashing pain of childbirth makes me want to have a baby
whereas spending time with my beloved nieces and nephew, as much as I adore them and want to gobble them up sometimes, makes me not want to have a baby.
